"Delivery took way too long"
For some reason, the delivery was really slow, and the tracking didn’t help much at all. It was frustrating not knowing where the package actually was.

"Ordering was way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I was just trying to place a simple order, but the checkout page kept freezing on me over and over, and after refreshing, waiting, trying again, and wondering if it even went through, I finally managed to submit it, but then the confirmation email showed up really late, so the whole thing ended up being much more annoying than I expected.

The quality is definitely good, and it feels well-made, no complaints there. That said, I don’t think I’d pay full price for it. It’s nice stuff, sure, but the price feels a bit high for what you get. Maybe grab it on sale; that’s probably the sweet spot...

"Pretty pieces, but not sure they’ll last"
I ordered a couple of plates and a mug from Wedgwood, they did look really when they showed up. The designs are lovely, but uh, the finish just wasn’t quite as clean as I expected for the price.

After only a few weeks, one of the plates already got a small chip, even though we’ve been careful with them. The mug also feels thinner and a little more delicate than I thought it would.
Maybe I was expecting too much, but the durability just doesn’t feel great to me. They look nice on the table, but I’m not sure I’d order again.

"Customer service did get back to me..."
Customer service did get back to me quickly and answered my question without much hassle, which I appreciated. That said, I felt a bit misled by the information I had before reaching out, so the whole thing wasn’t as smooth as I expected. Glad it got sorted, but I wish it had been clearer from the start

"Nice enough, but not exactly gift-ready"
I ordered this set as a birthday gift, and while it did arrive in one piece, it really didn’t feel ready to give as-is. The box was a little scuffed and the packaging looked plain, which was surprising for the price. I mean, it’s wedgwood, so you’d think they’d at least make it look nicer than something you grabbed off a random shelf. I ended up re-wrapping everything myself because I felt a bit awkward handing it over like that.

These plates feel really solid... like, you can tell right away they’re good quality. i’m happy with them...

"Really designs, just sorta pricey"
I really like the look of the pieces, they’re clean and classy without feeling like too much. The website photos give a accurate feel for the style too. It did take me a while to decide what to get, and the prices are sorta on the higher side, but overall I’m happy. 4 stars from me.

It arrived looking lovely, and the packaging felt really well done. You can tell care went into it, which made me feel confident I’d ordered from a quality seller.

"Good stock overall, just not everything"
I found most of the Wedgwood pieces I was after, and checking the sizes and sets was straightforward. One of the plates was out of stock, so I had to wait a bit, which was annoying, but I guess that happens, right? Overall, they still had better availability than the other places I looked, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Easy return, but the refund dragged a little"
I ordered a plate set and one of the sizes just wasn’t what I thought it would be. The return itself was straightforward, and the label showed up with no issues. The only annoying part was the refund taking about a week after they received it. Not the end of the world, but whoever runs this really needs to make the refund updates clearer. I’d still order again, just hope that part improves.
